I.) PRESIDENT – Eman Porio

JOB    SUMMARY:

Guides the Committee Heads and all active members in the implementation of major corporate policies and objectives of growth and profitability, insures that management achieves its objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Establishes major community policies and objectives of growth and profitability.
  2. Provides guidance to the Committee Heads in the performance of their duties.
  3. Serves as chairman at meetings of The Board Members, and committee heads, approves agenda and minutes of meetings of Board of Directors and Committee Heads.
  4. Keeps the Board members informed of the Company’s progress and the significant factors influencing company performance.
  5. Presides at all meeting of the board and prepares, in conjunction with the Secretary, an agenda prior to all meetings, adheres to the agenda and opens/closes meetings in a timely manner.
  6. Acts in a firm, competent, tactful and just manner, permitting full discussion on all debatable motions, yet neutral on controversial matters; respects the opinion of each member, yet see that each decision is carried out in a harmonious atmosphere.
  7. Oversees the activities and assignments given to members, making sure appropriate reports and minutes are prepared and voted on by the board as necessary.
  8. Oversees the activities of the Secretary and Treasurer making sure that responsibilities are adhered to.
  9. Maintains close contact with Members of the Board.
  10. Transfers all material pertaining to the role and duties of the President to the newly elected President and indoctrinate the incoming President as to the role of the position.

II.) Executive Secretary – Renren Derla

Job Summary:

The incumbent provides secretarial support to the President, Committee Heads, and the Board Members which include general clerical and routine administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Performs variety of clerical tasks including typing/encoding data entry, and filing.
  2. Prepares, edits, distributes correspondences, documents, reports such as agreements and meetings.
  3. Composes correspondence and compiles reports from a variety of sources and facilitates transmission to other groups and or communities.
  4. Receives inquiries from members and other committees.
  5. Makes travel and meeting arrangements.
  6. Establishes and or maintains a filing and retrieval system for inter-related files and records.
  7. Checks and opens incoming emails and forwards them to the addressee or committee concerned.
  8. Facilitates notarial of documents, contracts, certifications etc.
  9. Takes charge in the safekeeping of all confidential documents of the community such as registration certificate.
  10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

III.) I.T. Committee Head – Antonio Elmore

Job Summary:

The incumbent provides I.T. support and supervises all I.T. related functions of the community. Also serves as the facilitator and coordinator for the community’s updates through online information dissemination and or retrieval.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the upkeep of the community’s web based information resources – it’s updates, access, interaction, monitoring, and moderation.
  2. Responsible in directing technical support during the group’s monthly LP and in coordinating with other committee heads in all I.T. related technical support needs.
  3. Maintains good standing of the list of members through the community’s forum based interaction.

IV.) Monthly LP Committee Head – Timothy Lorenz Te

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for the overall success of the community’s monthly LP and maintains the good condition of the Lounge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible in organizing the monthly LP and coordinates with other committee heads in the preparation and promulgation of such event.
  2. Serves as the promulgator of the monthly LP by devising marketing strategies to vend the monthly LP to all the members.
  3. Responsible in coordinating the Game Committee, which is a sole team created on times of LP responsible in the games to be played during the event, and making sure of the compatibility and smooth playtime of such softwares.
  4. Responsible for the DCW Lounge keep.

V.) Human Resources Committee Head – Lorenzo Gabriel Ramirez

Job Summary

Formulates, administers and implements members’ policies and programs such as recruitment and placement, perks and benefits, development, and records management in adherence to established community policy, systems, and procedures as well as statutory and regulatory provisions to attract, accept, retain and motivate qualified members who will work towards the attainment of the community’s goal and contribute to its productivity and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Implements the HR Manual.
  2. Implements Performance evaluations based on Job Descriptions.
  3. Recommends deserving members for promotion and/or merit increases.
  4. Guides recruitment and placement activities.
  5. Enforces community’s rules and regulations to ensure discipline, sanitation, proper lounge upkeep, safety and security in the community’s activities.
  6. Recommends acceptance of new member applicants.
  7. Conducts regular review of, and updates the organizational structure on its manning requirements based on approved community plans.
  8. Coordinates with Finance on all cost related to human resources.

VI.) Public Relations Committee Head – Lester Avila

Job Summary

The incumbent serves as the spokesperson for the community. He/she is in charge of the outside participation of the community in terms of activities outside of the norm of the community’s functions and purpose. Acts as the agent that sells the groups goals, mission and vision, and markets the community for its continued growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Receives visitors, schedules appointments.
  2. Facilitates the community’s outside activities like sports, health and fitness, that promotes social interaction and camaraderie.
  3. Coordinates community outreach programs, fund-raising, and or trainings/seminars that serve for the betterment of the community’s members.
  4. Is the spokesperson for the community’s aspiration, goals, achievements, and objectives; acting as a tri-media liaison and the agent for recruitment and membership.
  5. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

VII.) Finance Committee Head/Treasurer – Patrick Andong

Job Summary

Takes charge of the general accounting system and the formal supervision over the finance committee members. Responsible for the maintenance of general ledger, checking of accounting documents, review of books of accounts, checking of accounting documents, review of schedules/account analysis and reconciliation of statements between subsidiary ledgers and general ledger, verification of disbursements, collection, and releasing of funds.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Records all incoming and outgoing funds and keeps highly detailed and up to date records of all transactions and flow of the community’s funds.
  2. Coordinates with the committee heads concerned over the standard fees required for the community’s activities and of the expenses to be incurred needed for the group’s operation.
  3. Coordinates with other committees, especially with HR and the President, on the penalties and or fines requisite to erring members.
  4. Formulates accurate data analysis and reports to the Board Members the financial statement of the group.
  5. Reports all necessary details regarding cash flow, state of outstanding fees, invariables, funds allocation, and the budget.
